The communication with the reception could be improved, as some guests experienced difficulties in getting their rooms cleaned and obtaining necessary items like towels and toiletries.

The location of Sabiha Gokcen Hotel Istanbul Houses is perfect, as it is only a short taxi ride away from the airport and close to infrastructure. The mini apartment with a small kitchen was a great convenience. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The friendly and helpful receptionist provided excellent service, and the rest of the staff was also very attentive. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. I was traveling with my cat and had no problems at all. The hotel provided spacious accommodation with a bedroom and living room. The hotel is also very close to the airport, very convenient. the hotel offers a free transfer from the hotel to the airport.
Couldn't stay longer.
